Procedures for Academic Advisor Access to Student Education Plan

Click on “Trojan WebExpress” on the left and login. The faculty menu will appear. Click on “Student educational planning.”

Enter either the student Datatel id# or the social security #. Click on Action box and choose EDPLN – Add or Change Plan

  Click on the appropriate academic program for the student and click submit.

 

Steps

1. Click on the drop down box for planned term and choose appropriate term.

2. Click on the drop down box for course subject and choose appropriate subject.

3. Enter the appropriate course number.

4. Click on drop down box for location and enter appropriate location.

5. Scroll down page and enter comments in the Printed comments block. These comments can be viewed by anyone accessing the education plan including the student.

Click Submit

 

 After clicking on submit, you should receive message that your process is complete. You may click on Log Out
